Overview of a SCM Co-ordinator:

Our client is seeking an SCM Co-ordinator to manage customer interactions, supply chain planning, and support operational delivery. This customer-facing role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily communication with customers and build relationships
  • Manage weekly supply chain processes aligned with business plans and KPIs
  • Analyze sales and demand data, update systems, and propose forecasts
  • Coordinate delivery orders and maintain order management
  • Liaise with finance on credit and invoice issues
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
