Job summary

Reed is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for an office-based role in Epsom, Surrey. You will manage the full PO lifecycle, liaise with suppliers, monitor shipments and keep stock records up to date to support the business.

Candidates should have experience in supply chain or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with logistics, warehouse and finance teams.

Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Epsom, Surrey (Office-Based) Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Company

Our client is a growing international distribution business operating within the technology sector. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their busy operations team.

The Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through the supply chain, working closely with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse teams, finance and sales departments.

This position requires someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full purchase order lifecycle from placement through to delivery and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Monitor shipments, delivery schedules and ETA updates.
  • Maintain accurate stock allocations and inventory records.
  • Manage supplier communications and resolve supply chain issues efficiently.
  • Monitor supplier performance and elevate any delivery or quality concerns.
  • Produce and maintain stock, operational and management reports.
  • Ensure all supply chain data, documentation and system records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with warehouse, sales and finance teams to support business objectives.
  • Identify and help mitigate potential supply chain risks.
About You

Previous supply chain experience is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Procurement or Operations position.
  • A strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
  • Experience managing purchase orders and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Location Requirement

This is a fully office-based position in Epsom. As regular collaboration with operational teams is required, candidates living locally to Epsom or within a reasonable daily commuting distance will be strongly preferred.

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the office five days per week.
