Must haves:

  • Experience within the food or drink sector.
  • Strong IT and administration skills, numeracy, and good English.

  • Knowledge of supply chain, inventory and logistics.
  • Experience with planning and forecasting.
  • Skilled in Excel and supply chain software (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure supply chain continuity
  • Analyse data and market trends to forecast product demand
  • Manage transportation, storage, and stock movements between depots
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Resolve stock issues and support sales and account managers
  • Make cost-effective purchasing decisions to maximise margin
  • Promote health & safety, food safety, and ESG practices
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
  • Based in Cheltenham with free on-site parking
