Job Title: Supply Chain Compliance Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Compliance Officer to join the Warehouse and Supply Chain (WSC) team. The purpose of this role is to support the Supply Chain Department in managing all aspects of its compliance in line with the current Quality Management System.

Our WSC team is critical to our manufacturing success. They ensure we have the consumables and reagents needed to produce our products, which will go on to change the lives of millions of patients. This multi-functional team collaborates to support all our logistics needs.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

1. Leading investigations and root cause analysis into departmental Deviations (DEVs), identifying Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs), and implementing them.
2. Initiating WDSC Change Controls (CC) and Risk Assessments (RAs).
3. Supporting Supply Chain teams with the introduction of new products and process implementations to meet business priorities.
4. Collaborating with Supply Chain teams and support functions to troubleshoot and improve process flows and systems of work.
5. Monitoring and trending key parameters of Supply Chain processes across all facilities.
6. Organizing and facilitating training related to SOPs and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills we are looking for:

1. Strong knowledge of GMP.
2. Proficiency in data analysis to support Root Cause Analysis investigations.
3. Experience leading investigations and implementing changes.
4. Experience presenting departmental metrics on QMS data.
5. Competency in Microsoft Office.
6. Effective communication and motivation skills at all levels.
