About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to combine technical data analysis skills with business understanding to deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including Exec and Exec-1 levels.

You will work within Haleon’s supply chain, analyzing and interpreting data and trends to drive business performance across all regions and categories.

You must be adept at translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders and work efficiently to gather relevant data, even if not readily available. You will be part of a programmatic team leading Haleon’s supply chain transformation and will report to the Complexity Reduction Data Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver standard reporting on Haleon Supply Chain’s complexity reduction initiatives;
• Serve as the business owner for the analytical cube supporting supply chain transformation;
• Present reports and insights to the Executive Team regarding supply chain strategy;
• Develop recommendations for category and commercial teams on portfolio and product catalog development.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field;
• An MBA or advanced degree is a plus;
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, with proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages, capable of interpreting large datasets and communicating findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solid understanding of business concepts.

Preferred

• Proficiency in Python, R, or other statistical programming languages;
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI;
• Experience in supply chain or related functions;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
