Purpose of Job

To support the day-to-day processes of Dock to Stock within our Livingston site, working in all appointed areas: Goods Receiving, Stores, Shipping/Despatch.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accurate material handling and placement.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Updating computer stock records.
  • Allocating materials for production use.
  • Following company safety policies and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Adhering to local working procedures.
  • Liaising with various functions daily.
  • Achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) to customers.
  • Generating Certificate of Conformance (CofC) and Packing Lists for customers.
  • Ensuring all products are correct upon receipt to RSLG.
  • Arranging and liaising with designated couriers for domestic uplifts.
