Job summary

AstraZeneca UK Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to help plan, replenish, and protect product availability across the UK. You’ll be the first line of contact for customer inquiries and contribute to launches, discontinuations, and lifecycle actions in a modern, digitally enabled supply chain.

You will work with agents, wholesalers, and cross-functional teams to balance service and stock, using data to drive decisions and deliver medicines to patients with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or comparable qualifications.
• Knowledge of pharma industry helpful.
• Experience with SAP and Excel preferable.

Responsibilities

• Customer Management: handle supply queries and ensure timely responses.
• Master Data Integrity: maintain accurate customer data and account setups.
• Inventory and replenishment planning with agents and depots.
• Quotation and pricing support with agents and wholesalers.
• Order management and weekly replenishment to depots.
• Support lifecycle events for launches and discontinuations.
• Lean process improvements and data-driven decision making.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
