Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

Key Responsibilities
  1. Raising purchase orders and updating stock systems
  2. Organising collections, delivery slots, and haulage with third parties
  3. Checking sales orders in the stock system and sending invoices to customers
  4. Uploading orders to third-party logistics systems
  5. Assisting with bank reconciliations and credit management
  6. Handling expenses and various administrative duties
Skills & Experience
  • Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Focus on improvement and efficiency
