• Design and implement new supply models to improve patient access and efficiency.
• Lead GDP/GMP compliance, quality processes and regulatory liaison.
• Optimize stock, minimise obsolescence and manage inventory costs.
• Oversee launches, range rationalisation and product transitions.
• Ensure robust distribution performance and partner relationships.
• Lead incident management and continuous improvement in supply.
• Develop and mentor team, building capability and accountability.
