About the Role

As the Supply Chain and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring robust and efficient supply chain operations, with a strong focus on supplier development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance following the main Airbus business processes. You will drive continuous improvement across procurement and quality functions, ensuring that all supplier activity aligns with aerospace industry standards and company objectives.
In this role you will manage contract execution, being responsible for supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance and performing an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope. This will include Implementing recovery, improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract, covering quality, delivery aspect.

How you will contribute to the Team

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support operational, commercial, and quality targets.

  • Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.

  • Oversee supplier audits, non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards including AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.

  • Implement and manage supplier scorecards, KPIs, and improvement plans.

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve supply continuity.

  • Drive cost, lead time, and quality improvements through strategic sourcing and lean initiatives.

  • Manage a team of supply chain and quality professionals, providing leadership and direction.

  • Implement Procurement strategy defined by MFT (incl.supplier development)

  • Defining couple surveillance decision tree and supplier surveillance plan

  • Raising risks, actions follow-up, reporting and escalation in case on deviation to industrial target (incl. in-service issues)

About You

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in supply chain management and/or quality management within the aerospace or defence sector.

  • Proven track record of managing supplier performance, including audits, quality investigations, and corrective actions.

  • Strong experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, and regulatory compliance in the aerospace industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Deep understanding of aerospace materials, components, and manufacturing processes.

  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).

  • Experience managing supplier development programs and quality improvement plans.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with internal teams and external suppliers at all levels.
