Babcock International is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead based in Andover with hybrid working arrangements. You will design and manage complex supply chain solutions across warehousing, distribution, inventory and supplier networks, while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Establishing and managing strategic partnerships and alliance arrangements that strengthen capability and enhance service delivery. Collaborating with solution development teams and stakeholders to support business growth and successful programme delivery. This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at Andover with hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Supply Chain and Logistics Lead Proven experience designing and managing complex supply chain and logistics solutions, including warehousing, distribution, inventory and supplier networks. Strong analytical expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, critical spares analysis and readiness-based stocking strategies. Experience within defence, government aerospace, engineering, manufacturing or other highly regulated environments. Demonstrated success delivering solutions within complex programme environments while engaging a broad range of stakeholders. Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications for the Supply Chain and Logistics Lead Degree qualified in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Strong knowledge of Through-Life Support and Integrated Logistics Support methodologies. Relevant professional qualifications in logistics, supply chain management or supportability engineering.
