Job summary

Advocate Group is seeking a diligent Supply Chain Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support day‑to‑day processing of customer orders, working with customers, internal teams and third‑party logistics providers to ensure orders are delivered accurately, on time and in full.

The role requires SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, organized approach to managing invoicing, pricing, forecasts and samples, while providing excellent customer service and supporting ad hoc

Qualifications

Experience processing orders and using SAP or ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Process customer and internal sample orders accurately and efficiently using SAP.
Build relationships with third-party logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop relationships with customers to meet internal and external requirements.
Review and resolve delivery and supply chain queries with customers.
Work with Supply Chain team to review customer forecasts.
Manage invoicing and pricing for customer orders.
Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and purchase orders.
Assist with the product samples process via the direct-to-consumer platform.
Support the Supply Chain Manager with projects and ad hoc activities.
