Job summary

Actalent, a global technology company, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join its Operations team in London. The role focuses on ownership of inventory management, supplier performance, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor inventory accuracy, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain, collaborating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.
  • Experience managing inventory and supplier performance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
  • Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and service levels.
  • Resolve inbound, outbound, and returns-related operational issues.
  • Analyse supply chain data and produce performance reports.
  • Track and improve KPIs and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
