Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our dedicated Healthcare team as a Supply Chain Analyst. This role offers a hybrid working pattern (3 days remote, subject to business needs) and is based at our Grange Park 3 site (NN4 5FB).

As a key team member, you will analyze data and processes across the customer supply chain to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products or services. You will identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £38,000 to £42,000 per annum (DOE) plus a £5,000 car allowance.

The shift pattern is mainly Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00, with some flexibility required based on business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing business requirements and delivering accurate reports and insights to inform decisions
  • Supporting stakeholders to identify reporting needs, reviewing data requests, and communicating priorities
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in supply chain data to find improvement areas
  • Providing regular reports and dashboards for management and leadership teams
  • Supporting supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Addressing supply chain issues through data-driven solutions
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Monitoring KPIs related to supply chain performance
  • Staying updated on industry trends and implementing best practices
  • Researching and evaluating suppliers and vendors
  • Supporting digital technology rollouts for back-office functions

Key requirements include:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is desirable
  • Proven experience in a similar role; experience in supply chain management/logistics is preferred but not essential
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex data effectively
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Understanding of the data lifecycle and routine data analysis tasks
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
