Position:

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support the Supply Chain teams across the International group in keeping up with the company’s rapid growth. By driving ad-hoc business initiatives, analysing data to identify improvements, and contributing to the monthly control cycle, you will play an important part in the future set up of Curaleaf International’s unified supply chain.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Collaborating with procurement, manufacturing, and distribution teams to coordinate inventory levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies.
  • Supporting the set up and creation of new supply chains.
  • Developing and managing reports, KPIs, and dashboards related to supply chain performance, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting in risk mitigation plans, long term planning, and leading project specific activities.
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

For this brand-new role, we are looking for a dynamic Analyst, driven by success. It is essential you have:

  • An adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, experience with Power BI would be ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Excel and supply chain software (ERP systems).
  • Experience within a Supply Chain function.

Experience in Pharma, FMCG, or consumables would be beneficial, as would a degree in a relevant subject, but neither are a must-have requirement.
