Job summary

Druck Limited/Crane is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making across the supply chain. You will collect, analyse and interpret data from ERP, Salesforce, Workday and other systems to provide actionable insights for planning, inventory management and fulfilment performance.

You will develop reporting, dashboards and visualisations, support S&OP, and drive continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in supply chain, logistics, business, data analytics, mathematics, statistics or related field.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, planning or data analyst role is desirable.
  • Professional supply chain or data qualifications (CIPS, APICS, Lean Six Sigma or Power BI) would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, check and analyse data from ERP, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, Workday and other systems.
  • Track and report key supply chain metrics such as orders, backlog and delivery performance.
  • Produce monthly updates for S&OP and pillar reviews.
  • Upload monthly receipt data and OTD results into Zycus with cross-team data fixes.
  • Support global commodity strategy presentations by analysing data and building roadmaps.
  • Improve reporting and analytics using SQL, Excel, Python/R, AI and Power BI.
  • Build intuitive dashboards and visuals to highlight trends and insights.
  • Identify root causes, risks and improvement opportunities across the chain.
  • Contribute data for CBS Kaizen and future factory events.

This role is responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data from multiple business systems to provide actionable insights that improve planning, inventory management, fulfilment performance and operational efficiency.### ### This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving reporting processes, and leveraging technology to enhance supply chain performance. The successful candidate will develop reporting, dashboards and visualisations, support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics and AI-enabled solutions.### ### Key Responsibilities -* ### Collect, check and analyse supply chain data from ERP, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, Workday and other business systems.* ### Track and report key supply chain metrics such as orders, backlog, fulfilment, forecast accuracy, lead times and delivery performance.* ### Produce monthly updates for Sales & Operations Planning and pillar Vertical reviews* ### Upload monthly receipt data and On-Time Delivery (OTD) results into Zycus, working with teams to fix missing or incomplete information.* ### Support global commodity strategy presentations by gathering and analysing data, and helping create supply chain roadmaps.* ### Use data to support demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment decisions.* ### Improve reporting and analytics using SQL, Excel, Python/R, AI, automation, Tableau and Power BI.* ### Build reports, dashboards and visuals that are intuitive in showing trends, clear insights and storytelling.* ### Work with teams to find root causes, risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.* ### Support data collection and visualisation for CBS Kaizen and future factory events.* ### Help improve data accuracy, knowledge sharing, reporting processes, and standard ways of working across the supply chain team.### ### Skills & Experience* ### Strong analytical skills and able to turn complex data into clear actions.* ### Good understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, inventory, procurement, logistics and fulfilment.* ### Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data modelling.* ### Experience using Power Query, Power BI and Power Automate, including DAX and knowledge of semantic models.* ### Experience using visualisation reporting tools such as PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau or similar* ### Knowledge of SQL, R, Python or other data tools would be useful.* ### Experience with ERP or supply chain systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar.* ### Confident in interrogating data, challenging data quality issues and assumptions.* ### Good communication skills and able to explain analysis clearly to different audiences.* ### Interest in using AI, automation and other data techniques.* ### Self-motivated to deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines and support several priorities at the same time.### Qualifications* ### Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, business, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, economics or a related field.* ### Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, operations, planning or data analyst role is desirable.* ### Professional supply chain or data qualifications, such as CIPS, APICS, Lean Six Sigma or Power BI certification, would be beneficial but are not essential###### About Crane: DruckThe addition of the Druck brand to our Crane Aerospace & Electronics segement meaningfully strengthens our pressure sensing capabilities across critical applications—including environmental control systems, hydraulics, and engine monitoring.
