The Role: Supply Chain Planning Analyst

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our busy Supply Chain team. Key Responsibilities:

  2. Inventory & Forecasting: Mitigate financial risk by managing obsolete inventory (waste) and planning seasonal forecasts.
  3. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the introduction of new product lines, rationalisation of existing products, and the smooth exit of discontinued items.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide volume analysis to support supply chain decisions.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Ensure all relevant teams have up-to-date product and volume information.
  6. Promotional & Allocation Planning: Manage accurate promotional forecasts to align with business needs.
  7. Supplier Onboarding & Reviews: Support new supplier onboarding and conduct regular performance reviews.
  8. Price & Route-to-Market Management: Process price files and advise on the most effective routes to market.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience: 1-2 years in supply chain or procurement (preferred but not essential).
  2. Skills: Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and issue resolution abilities.
  3. Knowledge: Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  4. Education: Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience).
  5. Competencies: Excellent numeracy, logical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.

We value our people and ensure that you're rewarded for your hard work. Our benefits package includes:

  1. Competitive Salary with performance-based incentives.
  2. Pension Scheme - contributory plan to secure your future.
  3. Career Growth Opportunities through our Career Pathways and MyLearning programmes.
  4. Healthcare & Wellbeing: Quick access to a Digital GP and wider health benefits.
  5. Exclusive Discounts: Save on travel (TUI, Expedia, Booking.com), groceries (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons), and entertainment (cinema tickets, Wow Points).
  6. Wellbeing & Lifestyle Perks: Free access to wellness, mindfulness, and exercise classes.
