Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Administrator to support the central Supply Chain department in managing day-to-day requests. The role focuses on issuing purchase orders, handling supplier queries, and maintaining smooth PO workflows to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

You'll build professional relationships with internal contracts and departments, handle basic invoicing issues, and assist with ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders with good detail and send to the suppliers
• Support the PO process from start to finish and manage invoice queries
• Manage all business purchase requests and queries via phone call and email
• Assist with any ad hoc duties
• Build and provide professional but friendly working relationships with our internal contracts and departments
