Job summary

You will raise purchase orders, assist with PO process end-to-end, manage supplier queries by phone and email, and build good relationships with internal contracts and departments. A prior admin role in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

• Raise purchase orders with good detail and send to the suppliers.
• Support the PO process from start to finish and manage invoice queries.
• Manage all business purchase requests and queries via phone call and email.
• Assist with any ad hoc duties.
• Build and provide professional but friendly working relationships with our internal contracts and departments.
