Purpose of the role

The purpose of the role is to offer key administrative support to the day-to-day operation of the Supply Chain department to ensure the department meets the business requirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise and validate purchase orders in line with company guidelines,
  • Learn and apply the procurement processes in day-to-day sourcing requirements,
  • Answer on day calls and emails from Operations offering solutions and escalation where required,
  • Manage the stock team inbox,
  • Answering in day queries from our logistics partners and external suppliers,
  • Support with reporting requirements, data entry and data analysis,
  • Support with onboarding new starter engineers,
  • Support with demobilizing engineer leavers,
  • Support with delivering key information to the wider parts of the business,
  • Support onsite stores,
  • Monitoring of stock levels,
  • Placing orders in line with company guidelines,
  • Produce regular business reports,
  • Any assistance required on day for any Supply Chain related task.
Salary

Salary £26,208

Contract

Fixed Term Contract for 6 months - may lead to permanent employment
