Job summary

The Very Group in Liverpool is seeking an ambitious administrator to join our supply chain team, providing essential support to manage suppliers, inventory and order banks.

You will help maximise customer satisfaction and profitability through accurate data, KPI reporting and proactive issue resolution, with a flexible hybrid working model and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of Direct Despatch order banks across the department, develop best practice to provide efficiencies.
  • Support team to manage and resolve ad-hoc issues with under-performing suppliers.
  • Support the visibility to the wider teams of key KPI’s including customer promise and stock health through report updates.
  • Develops and manage relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to achieve goals.
  • Understands data and systems.

About the team

A great opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our experienced and customer focused supply chain team supporting the Fashion, Sports, Home & Beauty divisions with managing suppliers, product availability and ensuring we deliver product when our customers expect it.

About the role

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our supply chain function. The role will have a direct impact on maximising customer satisfaction, sales and profitability through the successful management of the supply base and inventory.
