Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Leader, the successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to our Procurement team. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate procurement records, managing purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and helping to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services. The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Supply Chain Administrator?

  1. Input data and maintain records within the ERP system
  2. Raise accurate purchase orders in a timely manner
  3. Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules
  4. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier records
  5. Chase and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery
  6. Support supplier contract execution and ensure compliance with internal policies
  7. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for the Supply Chain team
  8. Carry out general administrative tasks as needed to support team operations

What are we looking for in our next Supply Chain Administrator?

  1. Have previous experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role
  2. Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
  3. Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously
  4. Experience using ERP systems, preferably IFS
