Supply and Inventory Planner, Manufacturing
As Supply and Inventory Planner you’ll report into the Supply Chain Manager for a busy manufacturing business.
This role will suit a supply chain professional with experience in materials planning, supply planning, production scheduling, ERP, or a recent graduate with relevant experience looking to start a career in supply chain.
The Supply and Inventory Planner will join a business that is going through change, you’ll be part of the large-scale transformation as they migrate from legacy systems to SAP IBP where new efficiencies will be unlocked and innovation will be driven. The planning team has responsibility for materials planning, scheduling, supply planning and inventory management, this role will have coverages for all aspects as either a primary part of your responsibility or as cover for your colleagues.
My client supplies a great range of products to customers across retail and foodservice sectors. In this newly created role, you’ll collaborate with customers, suppliers, 3PLs, commercial teams and other Planners where you’ll play an integral role in identifying and delivering new ways to improve customer experience, uncover operational efficiencies, minimise costs / CO2 emissions whilst continuously monitoring, optimising, and elevating performance.
