Michael Page is recruiting for a Permanent Production and Demand Planning Manager in Northampton. The role focuses on managing demand and production planning to drive efficient manufacturing and informed decision-making within a fast-moving FMCG context.

You will build and maintain production plans aligned with demand, collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams, and ensure data accuracy for day-to-day operations. The position includes a bonus, private healthcare, and pension.
