About The Role

To be able to deliver great customer fulfilment service levels, through maintaining a high product availability in our wholesale distribution network, alongside achieving inventory outcomes for the business. This will include successfully managing the day to day supply chain relationship as well as the inbound on time in full performance with specific manufacturers. Working cross functionally with commercial teams and our warehouses daily.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver customer order fulfilment objectives
  • Deliver product availability to support promotional / seasonal / contractual / event activity in wholesale customer channels
  • Reduce inventory working capital
  • Reduce excess stock and dated stock write offs
  • Optimise the forecasting and replenishment system Relex inputs to drive successful outputs
  • Understand the root cause of KPI performance outcomes and initiate action to deliver continuous improvement
  • Ensure sale or return policies are fully exploite
  • Supplier inbound “on time in full” performance management

  • 1 year in supply chain planning within retail or FMCG environment
  • Brilliant analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a highly cross functional environment
  • Excellent computer literacy e.g. MS Office applications
  • Ability to evaluate data from reports and present accurate information
  • Great relationship building skills, delivering results with stakeholders
  • Investigative mentality with the drive to improve
