Overview:
As a Supplier Success Manager, you’ll be instrumental in fostering and optimising relationships with our suppliers. You’ll oversee the entire supplier lifecycle, from initial onboarding to completion. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality data collection for our brands and retailers' packaging portfolio, all while maintaining strong partnerships and achieving project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Excellence:
    Proactively manage day-to-day supplier relationships, including CRM and system communication, call scheduling, and issue resolution.
  2. Streamline supplier onboarding and collaboration through established processes and tools.
  3. Enhance supplier engagement and communication via insightful reporting.
  4. Ensure compliance with all service level agreements (SLAs).
  5. Identify new revenue generation and quality enhancement opportunities.
  6. Take ownership of project deliverables and resource utilization.
  7. Become a super user of the e-halo platform and actively promote its benefits.
  8. Utilize analytical tools to interpret data and present clear findings.

Supplier Development and Support:

  1. Provide ongoing training and support to suppliers on the e-halo platform.
  2. Collaborate with Data Assurance for data accuracy.
  3. Proactively address supplier pain points with actionable solutions and recommendations.
  4. Instill a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback.
  5. Monitor supplier performance and escalate potential improvements for process updates.

Collaboration:

  1. Mentor and guide Supplier Success Coordinators in their roles.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders across various departments.
  3. Promote a positive and collaborative team culture.
  4. Administer project files and folders in line with storage processes.

  5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  1. Knowledge of the Packaging/Retail industry.
  2. Understanding of Supply Chain Management.
  3. Experience with Technology Systems (PLM’s).
  4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies in technology.
