Base pay range

Business Unit: Customer Operations

Salary Range: £37,600 - £47,000 per annum DOE + benefits

Location: UK Remote with occasional travel to hubs or third-party sites

Contract Type: Permanent

This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in customer services across the bank, working within a small team managing outsourced print, mail, and document storage services across Virgin Money's business units. Responsibilities include managing third-party relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving service improvements.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and document service, performance, and contract reviews
• Develop Exit, Disaster Recovery, and Contingency Plans
• Conduct Annual Contract Reviews and Financial Due Diligence
• Engage SMEs and obtain necessary approvals
• Maintain risk documentation and validate invoices
• Assess and develop controls, ensuring effectiveness
• Engage stakeholders to align services with business needs
• Manage service changes and ensure contract compliance
• Provide SME support and develop supplier strategies
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Contribute to budget planning and risk management
• Act as the voice of the third-party within Virgin Money

We need you to have

• Experience managing third-party relationships within a structured framework
• Experience in regulated environments like Financial Services
• Skills in risk management, contract management, and effective communication
• Proactive, relationship-building abilities

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential

• Experience in print, mail, and archive storage environments
• Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and service measurement
