Job summary

H-Power is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to own the supplier quality function across a varied supply chain, including mechanical, electrical and engineered components.

You will investigate supplier issues, drive root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are effective, while assessing new suppliers, conducting audits and developing processes to scale quality. International supplier visits offer broader impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supplier quality experience within engineering or manufacturing.
• Practical understanding of non-conformances, root cause analysis, corrective actions and supplier audits.
• Experience working with ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier quality across the supply chain, covering mechanical, electrical and engineered components.
• Investigate supplier issues, identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are effective.
• Assess new suppliers, conduct audits and develop quality processes for scaling the business.
• Visit suppliers in the UK and internationally to drive improvements.
