Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier quality issues from discovery to containment, partnering with suppliers to resolve non-conformances. You will drive corrective actions, lead risk mitigation, and support PPQ while upholding Siemens Energy quality standards across cross-functional teams.

The role requires experience in engineering or manufacturing, strong QA tools like 8D/5 Why, and data analysis skills; travel may be involved as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Solid engineering background with experience in QA or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of inspection methods and GD&T required.
• Experience with non-conformance handling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage suppliers to resolve process issues and manage non-conformances.
• Oversee supplier quality performance with CAPA, risk mitigation and initiatives.
• Monitor and report supplier quality data, contribute to KPI reporting and risk communication.
• Support PPQ and ensure adherence to QM processes and tools.
