Job Description:

Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)

6-month initial contract

Hybrid working - Coventry (3 days per week onsite)

Outside IR35, 40 hours per week

*Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.*

About the company:

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Renewable Energy market disruptor, innovating electrification for the automotive industry. Based in Coventry, they are seeking a SQA Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)
Supply Chain Management
Launch Planning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Documentation and Reporting

Qualifications / Skills needed:

3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Supplier Quality Assurance, or Launch Planning within the battery or electronics manufacturing industry.
Proven experience managing supplier relationships and quality control processes.
Experience with product lifecycle management and launching new products in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of automotive or battery standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices, including logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
