- Monitor and manage the operational quality and logistics performance of a panel of mechanical suppliers from selection to series phase.
- Lead action plans with suppliers in case of recurrent deviations until performance levels are acceptable.
- Within existing contracts, secure and implement improvement plans to continuously increase supplier maturity levels.
- During this period of shortages and supply chain tensions, support procurement performance through escalation management and critical part monitoring.
- Be part of a dynamic team of 12 people across 6 production sites, with responsibilities including:
- Over 5 years of experience in supplier monitoring and development within industrial environments such as automotive or aerospace.
- Minimum Bac +5 level education.
- Fluent in English.
- Technical and industrial affinity related to manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of industrial management tools (Kanban, MRP2, VMI, EDI, etc.).
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5P, etc.).
- Rigorous, well-organized, results-oriented personality.
- Project management experience.
- Leadership and listening skills.
- Basic APICS certification preferred.
- Frequent travel (50%) across production sites and suppliers.
- Collaborative work with various departments and groups within Safran.
