Booker is recruiting for a Supplier Media Manager, responsible for maximising income in line with the budget for all supplier digital media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience of media and marketing, be highly organised and proactive. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are essential, as this role involves a high degree of cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and a diverse supplier base.

Supplier Media Budget Responsibilities include the following channels:

Booker.co.uk (all websites)

Management of incremental supplier advertising income across web platforms, including:

  • Collaborating with trading and digital teams to drive web advertising income according to company policies, JBP, and category strategy.
  • Managing and executing our online branded shop channel.

Food & Drink Guide

Managing incremental supplier advertising income for the F&DG publications, including but not limited to:

  • Working with trading and catering teams to increase F&DG advertising income aligned with company policies.
Other marketing opportunities (e.g., Trade Shows, etc.)

Overseeing incremental supplier advertising income for other potential digital marketing activities, such as:

  • Trade Shows
  • Supplier funded emails
  • Monthly hard copy advertising opportunities
  • Planning, developing, and presenting new revenue initiatives to the team
Dunnhumby Data Contracts
  • Managing contracts within the budget
  • Coordinating with Commercial Finance to ensure timely, accurate, and GSCOP-compliant processing of supplier advertising proposals and funding confirmations
  • Driving additional advertising revenues through leaflets, mailings, brochures, etc., with marketing and trading teams
  • Collaborating with suppliers to create plans and fill all available slots
  • Building, maintaining, and improving supplier relationships within category teams
  • Enhancing team skills through 1:1 or group training for the four team members
