From van drivers and gig workers to everyday car drivers, our customers are the driving force behind everything we do. We've sold tens of millions of policies and raised over $200 million in funding and picked up numerous awards, including the Insurance Claims Team Of The Year 2024 as awarded at The Insurance Post's Claims & Fraud Awards. And we’re only just getting started.

  • Lead regular performance reviews and strategic business reviews with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Use supplier data and performance insights to drive quality, accountability, and service improvement.
  • Support the negotiation and renewal of contracts, ensuring commercial alignment and risk mitigation.

  • Establish and maintain exit plans, substitution strategies, and impact tolerances for critical suppliers in line with FCA’s Operational Resilience regime.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Regulatory Affairs to test supplier-related resilience scenarios and ensure compliance.
