AJW Group is expanding its Procurement Team in Sofia, and we’re looking for a Supplier Manager to join us.

In this role, you'll manage a group of suppliers and their spend, working closely with the Head of Supplier Management. You’ll be responsible for supplier performance, contract management, and achieving savings targets.

The role includes:

Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring contract compliance

Managing volume rebates and resolving supplier issues

Leading supplier visits and performance reviews

Improving cost, risk, delivery, and contract quality

Overseeing assigned suppliers and spend categories

Supporting annual cost-saving targets

Developing market knowledge in key supplier areas

Working with sourcing teams on new and renewed contracts

Tracking and reporting KPIs

Managing penalties and remedies where required

Applying strong negotiation and risk management techniques

Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams

Conducting cost and performance analysis

Supporting ad hoc tasks as needed by leadership

About you

Experience in strategic procurement in a complex environment

Strong contract and supplier management skills

Commercial mindset with data analysis ability

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing change

Aviation or repair industry knowledge is a plus

Contract law or supplier coaching experience is a bonus
