The RMG Central team is responsible for the strategic uplift of the RMG service provider governance framework, overseeing the assessment and monitoring of risks associated with third-party and intra-group outsourcing service providers throughout the supplier lifecycle. The team also delivers reporting requirements in line with Macquarie's policy and standards and global regulatory requirements.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

As a Supplier Governance Manager / Senior Analyst based in London, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders globally to deliver assessment and ongoing monitoring of risks associated with Macquarie suppliers through providing guidance regarding policy and standard requirements and the associated system workflow. You will deliver reporting requirements and be responsible for oversight of compliance with organizational policies and standards.
You will also support the development of process documentations, strategic uplift of RMG supplier governance framework and be involved in initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

This role requires 3 days a week in office in our advertised location.

  • 4-5 years of experience in risk management or operations management, preferably in financial services industry
  • Experience in third party supplier governance or understanding of relevant regulatory landscape is an advantage but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders globally
  • Inquisitive and organised individual with strong attention to detail
  • Have proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
