Job summary

Guidant Global in Stevenage is seeking a Supplier Due Diligence / Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join the Procurement Excellence team. The role focuses on onboarding, KYC, and due diligence for suppliers within a large international organisation.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Procurement, Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure suppliers are onboarded and governed in line with regulatory requirements. Hybrid work is available with two days on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier onboarding or KYC processes.
• Experience conducting third-party due diligence assessments.
• Understanding of supplier risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficient Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools and processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 37001 and ISO 9001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier due diligence and vendor screening activities using third-party risk assessment tools.
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and supplier onboarding reviews.
• Assess suppliers against internal governance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Review and validate supplier information before onboarding approval.
• Liaise with Compliance teams on supplier risk assessments and due diligence outcomes.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and supplier master data.
• Produce reporting, dashboards and management information for stakeholders.
• Support ongoing supplier risk management and governance activities.
• Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Compliance and wider business teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier onboarding and due diligence processes.

Location: Stevenage
Rate: Up to £27.38 per hour (Umbrella)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract (extension likely)
Hybrid Working: 2 days a week onsite

Overview

We are seeking a Supplier Due Diligence / Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join a Procurement Excellence team supporting supplier governance activities across a large, international organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supplier onboarding, KYC, vendor due diligence, risk assessment and compliance processes.

• Experience conducting supplier or third-party due diligence assessments.
• Understanding of supplier risk management and compliance frameworks.

• Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools and processes.

It would also be beneficial if you have:

• an understanding of ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery & Ethics).
• an understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems).
