Supplier Diversity Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid role; applications considered from candidates in EMEA, with a preference for the UK)

What this opportunity involves:

JLL is dedicated to integrating small and diverse businesses into its global supply chain. In 2023, our global spend with diverse and small suppliers reached $2.3 billion, with a target of $2.5 billion by 2025.

Reporting to the ESG Lead EMEA – Sourcing and Procurement, the Supplier Diversity Lead will oversee program management, reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement related to diverse suppliers in the EMEA region. This role is part of the Global ESG Sourcing and Procurement Team, which manages approximately $12 billion in annual procurement spend and aims to incorporate ESG principles into procurement processes.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Contributing to and executing annual plans to increase diverse spend aligned with regional and global targets.
2. Managing data governance related to diverse supplier data across multiple countries and categories.
3. Identifying and enhancing the capabilities of diverse suppliers.
4. Developing supplier development and mentorship programs.
5. Building partnerships with external diversity organizations such as MSDUK and WEConnect International.
6. Representing JLL at supplier diversity events and speaking engagements.
7. Creating and sharing standard Supplier Diversity collateral for bids, RFx, and other purposes.
8. Providing internal and supplier-facing Supplier Diversity training.
9. Developing a leading, industry-recognized Supplier Diversity program.
10. Staying informed on best practices industry-wide and across the EMEA region.

What we are looking for:

• Experience and passion for supplier diversity and broader ESG topics (e.g., emissions, waste, Modern Slavery, human rights).
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills across sourcing, procurement, and business lines.
• Ability to act as a consultant to leadership and external partners.
• Proven change management skills with a track record of delivering results.
• Experience in external client-facing roles.
• Relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related fields.
• Experience working with suppliers across the EMEA region.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are advantageous.
