Qualifications

• Experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, or Manufacturing Quality Engineering.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP and supplier quality methodologies.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and driving improvements.
• Manufacturing process knowledge (welding, fabrication, machining, assembly, painting).
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Engineering or manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Managing supplier quality and development activities across assigned suppliers.
• Conducting supplier audits and quality assessments.
• Driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring supplier performance, defect rates, and quality metrics.
• Supporting APQP and PPAP activities.
• Collaborating with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering teams.
• UK and European supplier visits when required (up to 30% travel).
