You’ll be responsible for building and improving supplier relationships, supporting quality assurance practices, and driving continuous improvement across a fast-paced and performance-critical engineering environment. This is a key position contributing to our ambition to perform consistently as a top team in the FIA Constructors’ Championship.

You will be responsible for:

  • Auditing suppliers, tracking their performance, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Developing and maintaining quality standards documentation for externally produced parts.
  • Supporting procedures and processes to ensure full compliance with AMR quality expectations.
  • Strengthening supplier relationships through proactive communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinating with internal teams—including Inspection, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Design—to deliver quality components on time.
  • Managing and communicating supplier non-conformances (NCRs) promptly and effectively.
  • Leading and contributing to meetings and project delivery schedules as required.
  • Representing the company professionally with current and potential suppliers.
  • Maintaining and developing skill levels in line with industry standards.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Quality Assurance methods and processes in a high-pressure engineering environment.
  • Strong auditing experience, ideally trained to ISO 9001 Lead Auditor level or equivalent.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to ensure suppliers meet high quality standards within tight timelines.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and solve high-complexity issues under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, or similar.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Self-motivated and calm under pressure, with strong decision-making and organisational skills.
  • Positive and respectful communicator with a collaborative team approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Clear understanding of and commitment to Health & Safety.

This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
