Overview

Our Claims Audit team plays a critical role in safeguarding quality and compliance across our Motor and Supply Chain operations. We work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure robust risk management, deliver actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement. Collaboration, integrity, and a focus on delivering value are at the heart of what we do. By combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, we help shape best practices, influence key decisions, and ensure fair outcomes for customers. As part of this team, you'll contribute to audit strategies that protect our business and customers, build strong relationships across the supply chain, and ensure our claims processes remain efficient, compliant, and customer focused.

Responsibilities
  • Developing a complete understanding of all internal and supplier claims processes, new commercial initiatives, best practice and the impact of inefficient processes
  • Designing and developing relevant, effective audit approaches and delivering independent, balanced and accurate/evidenced reporting
  • Managing relationships with senior personnel within each supplier to ensure scoping, attendance, agendas and feedback is delivered effectively
  • Identifying areas for indemnity savings, strengths and areas for development and providing focused solutions where necessary
  • Completing and applying root cause analysis, including assessment of systems, controls and complaints
  • Completing both the on-site and remote risk-based audits
  • Extensive motor claims knowledge and experience, or a combination of both motor claims and home claims
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret MI and identify areas of risk and opportunity
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and able to challenge in the right way
Qualifications and Experience
  • Extensive motor claims knowledge and/or a combination of motor and home claims knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience with risk-based audits, root cause analysis, and process improvement
  • Ability to engage with senior supplier personnel, manage agendas, and drive productive feedback
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret management information and identify risks and opportunities
