Job Description:

Our client, an international law firm, is seeking to recruit a lawyer specialising in superyacht and private aviation financing to join their market-leading yachts team based in London.

This role involves acting for banks and borrowers on superyacht and aviation financing, including drafting and negotiating term sheets, loan documentation, build/sale, and purchase documentation, and more.

The successful candidate will have 5+ PQE in asset finance within yachts, aviation, or commercial shipping. The ability to handle transactions (lender & borrower) from start to finish and an excellent academic background are required for this role.
