What You’ll Do:. • Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.. • Lead by example during service, maintaining a strong presence on the floor.. • Motivate and guide the FOH team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.. • Handle customer interactions with professionalism and warmth.. • Help uphold service standards, assist with training new staff, and foster a supportive team culture.. • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues with a calm and solutions-focused approach.. • Strive to create memorable dining experiences for every guest..
