Job description

Job Purpose:

The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation and conduct of all table games, as well as training and supervising dealers. They interact with customers on an individual basis.

Qualifications:
  • Strong dealing, supervisory, and customer service skills in table games
  • Three years of relevant Table Games experience
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations for at least two major casino table games
  • Ability to write reports and perform mathematical calculations
  • Excellent customer service, management, and communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate personnel
License Requirements:

Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License

Essential Job Functions:
  • Implement customer service programs in responsible areas
  • Monitor guest satisfaction during table game operations
  • Build customer loyalty through personalized interactions
  • Supervise the operation and conduct of assigned table games
  • Rate player actions accurately in the Table Management System
  • Verify payoffs and track game bankrolls and win/loss records
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate dealers
  • Ensure safety and security of gaming equipment and assets
  • Maintain compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
  • Support company objectives and internal controls
  • Report violations of policies and ensure documentation accuracy
  • May act as a Floor Manager
Physical/Mental Requirements:
  • Reading, writing, mathematics, good vision, speaking, hearing, sitting, walking, standing, keyboard and telephone use, working under pressure, lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in a loud, smoky environment
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily indoor, climate-controlled environment, occasionally outdoors
  • Exposure to noise, smoke, and odors
  • Work with others and independently
