SUPERVISOR – STARBUCKS, MANCHESTER AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour + an incentive of £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, totaling £14.80 per hour. Additional service charge applies.

Hours of operation: 3 am to 11 pm. Flexibility required across weekdays, weekends, bank, and public holidays.

• Must have 5 years of references and pass a Criminal Record Check.
• Applicants need to be 18 years or older to perform certain tasks or work specific shifts due to role responsibilities.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations, solving problems swiftly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, maintaining high energy and a positive atmosphere.
• Inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and handle customer and team queries effectively.
• Focus on results, monitor unit performance, and drive improvements.
• Previous experience in busy Hospitality or Retail environments is ideal. Night shift experience is a plus!
