Overview

Supervisor (Responsive Repairs) – Southampton/South Coast – £42-45,000 – Main Contractor

Company: A well-established, tier 1 maintenance contractor with an excellent industry reputation. They are looking to onboard an experienced supervisor who can bring their expertise to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Supervision of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively.
  • Deal with Reactive and Day to Day Repairs and Damp and Mould.
  • Ensure that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner, meeting all contract KPI targets.
  • Have experience dealing with responsive repairs within social housing contracts.
  • Liaise with customers and handle queries or issues as they arise.
  • Ensure works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
  • Ensure that the client’s expectations are achieved.
  • Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in line with company procedure.
  • Drive from site to site as part of daily duties.
  • Be jointly responsible for maintaining a tidy and safe workplace.
  • Complete timesheets, work sheets and reports as required.
  • Attend inspections where necessary.
  • Be computer literate and able to effectively use Excel.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience working as a Supervisor or above
  • Good social housing knowledge
  • Right to Work in the UK and a clean driver’s licence
