Job Title: Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Oldbury
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. You'll be responsible for overseeing works carried out on residential properties and voids, ensuring operatives work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and make a real impact on service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day supervision of operatives, liaising with residents and ensuring excellent customer service

Ensure all works meet contract KPI targets and are delivered in a timely and high-quality manner

Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with job specifications

Organise operatives and assist in planning appointments with the scheduling team

Carry out pre-inspections and submit reports within agreed timeframes (48 hours for standard orders, 24 hours for complaints/emergencies)

Complete and maintain paperwork such as risk assessments and method statements

Deliver toolbox talks and maintain high health & safety standards on site

Attend regular meetings with your line manager

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience on a maintenance or construction site

Background in the repairs and maintenance industry

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Strong knowledge of health & safety standards

Full clean UK driving licence required

Annual leave: 22 days, increasing with service up to an extra 5 days
