Salary Range: $51,000-56,500

How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate activities of workers in one or more occupations, interpret company policies, and enforce safety regulations.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work issues.
  • Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve goals.
  • Recommend or initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
  • Train new workers, maintain time and attendance records, personnel files, and performance records.
  • Coordinate activities with other Supervisors and Managers.
  • Resolve grievances through discussions with workers' representatives.
  • Be adept in the activities of the workers supervised, especially when supervising workers engaged chiefly in one occupation or craft.
  • Possess general knowledge of activities when supervising workers engaged in multiple occupations.
  • Operate company equipment and/or drive company vehicles as required.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Show initiative and critical thinking skills.
  • Work with minimal supervision, report regularly and punctually, and be self-motivated.
  • Minimum age of 18, high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
  • Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant driver’s license (some restrictions may apply).
  • Ability to train, guide, motivate employees, handle multiple projects, and have working knowledge of PCs and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
