What we are looking for:

We are looking for a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team! Your main goals are to enthusiastically transmit the passion for the brand to the sales team and support the day-to-day operations of the store, working closely with the Store Manager and driving sales through product knowledge and team management. Our goal is for every client to feel and share our brand identity, encouraging them to return to our stores.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Team Management: Support and transmit passion for the brand to the sales team, aiding the Store Manager and fostering internal development.
  • Sales: Lead the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs alongside the Store Manager, engaging the team through action plans while maintaining a strong brand image.
  • Customer Experience: Attract and build customer loyalty by paying attention to details and providing high-quality service.
  • Shop Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventories, stock management, cash register operations, daily reporting, and team scheduling.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration and Management (preferred).
  • Previous experience in fashion retail.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong team-building skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
