Contributes to the hospital’s mission by coordinating the daily business operations of Winchester Hospital’s outpatient rehabilitation services across multiple locations. Ensures administrative functions comply with regulations and meet quality standards, streamlines billing processes for timely reimbursement, and provides leadership to staff to achieve hospital goals. The role also aims to enhance employee satisfaction and patient care by ensuring patient-centered operations.

Minimum Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
