Job summary

Notes Victoria in London is seeking an Evening Supervisor to lead a small team during shifts, ensuring high standards for opening and closing.

You will develop deep knowledge of our evening and brunch menu, including food preparation when necessary, with full training on our wine, cocktails and coffee. There is a great opportunity to grow and develop within our fast-growing team, with evening shifts primarily and some weekend mornings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 yrs management experience in hospitality.
• Barista and alcohol service skills preferred.
• Great communication skills, initiative, enthusiasm and a smile for guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team during your shift and ensure high standards for store opening/closing.
• Maintain strong knowledge of our evening and brunch menu, including food preparation when necessary.
• Lead by example delivering excellent customer service and overseeing service flow.

We are looking for experienced an Evening Supervisor to join our team at Notes Victoria.

• Evening shifts mainly, morning shifts may be required on weekends

As a Supervisor you will be responsible to manage a small team during your shift and ensure high standards are met for store opening/closing. You will be expected to have a strong knowledge of our evening and brunch menu, including food preparation when necessary

• We’ll give you full training on our fabulous wine, cocktails, and coffee
• There's a great opportunity to grow and develop in the role as part of our fast-growing team

• Ideally, have 1-2yrs of management experince inhospitality
• Barista and alcohol service skills are preferred
• Have great communication skills, initiative, enthusiasm, and a passion for welcoming guests with a smile
